This is where I draw the fucking line!

"I'd rather die than give you control."-Trent Reznor

As you all should know by now, I'm a very opinionated person. But today is the day that I draw the line on people invading my personal privacy.

Today I was starting my day off like any usual day when I'd made it to school, that is.Parked all over the main entrance of the school are these over-sized School security vans which began to make me ask to myself, "What is going on?", It was then that I came upon enough of the main entrance to see that there was a line streching for about a block or so in order to get into the school because they now want to do routine contraband checks for anything that can be used for a weapon.

This leads me to my first two questions, "Who's to decide what is and isn't a weapon?" and  "What ever happened to my right to personal privacy?"

The Answers: 1. It is a matter of a person's opinion which decides what is a weapon and what is not. I mean, they were taking kids pencils and keys for God's sake. For the sake of all freedom, My hands and your hands alike can be viewed as being a dangerous weapon but who is to say that they are or are not a weapon?

I mean, What's next? Are they going to cut our hands off as a act to save what the most naive of Americans agree with calling this country today? "The Greatest Country on the planet."

2. I'll tell you what happened to our personal freedoms. THEY WERE DESTROYED ALONG WITH OUR CONSTITUTION!

It's pretty clear that all of our personal freedoms and rights have nearly been taken away.A perfect example is today, when I reached school and saw that they were ACTUALLY PUSHING the students into a line which was placed into a narrow passage way, as if they were cattel.

As a result, I turned back, got onto the train and went right back home. The reason that I did that is because, It states in our very own "Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution" that, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmatioace to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.", it states this in this little document called "THE BILL OF RIGHTS", Right Here:

You know something, the very same government that issued these laws are now violating them.

Proof: 1. They didn't have any warrant for the search of my belongings.

2. As a minor with no present guardian or legal representation, they still would have searched through my personal things without anyone's concent or "O.K."

3. If a warrant were to be issued for the search of my personal belongings, a guardian would still have to be present at which would not have happened on the simple account that my Parents don't walk me to school.
Yeah, Now they are gonna start checking student's personal bookbags and confiscating our belongings but next they'll be locking us inside the school until 10:00 P.M. Sounds crazy? So did the Patriot Act at first but that is in full activation today!

I mean at what point is enough, enough?

At what point do you choose your Civil Liberties over a governments policies?

At what point do you say, "Okay, I'm not gonna let these poeple do whatever the hell they please with me."

At what point do you say "I have rights and I'd rather die than let anyone violate them."?

People take these types of cartoons, below, to be funny but they are actually more honest to me than our own government right now.

You know, people may laugh at the fact that I'm so "Anti-everything" like my mom calls me but you know what? I don't care, because I'm not gonna sit back and relax while my personal freedoms are being violated.
So, yeah call me a Rebel or a Renegade or whatever you may please but just know one thing, I'm not gonna let some dirty bastard put his hands on me and violate my personal space, I don't give a shit who they are and what position they hold.

Like I said before, "At what point do you choose your Civil liberties over a government's policies?" and "At what point is enough, enough?"

Oh yeah, before I go, tell me something....Do you see the difference between them?
