"Touch me, take me to that other place. Reach me, I know I'm not a hopeless case."-Bono
Well, I've had quite a week for myself!
Had a blast at my Grandpa's birthday party on Saturday, Got a date with Marlene on Sunday, Learned that
Coldplay is gonna do a track with U2 on there next album yesterday and I'm gonna watch the season finale of Reaper today. Tomorrow, I'm going to a signing at Jim Hanley's and Thursday I've got the season finales of Smallville and Supernatural.
So, yeah. I've been pretty busy.
And let's not forget, I entered the Supernatural writing contest and I also entered to win tickets for
Coldplay's free concert at MSG on June 23. Ironically, the results for both, the concert winners and the writing contest winners are announced on June 5th. So, hopfully, your buddy will win one if not, both contests!
("Viva la Vida or Death and all His Friends," Coldplay's next album, comes out on June 17th by the way.
From what I've heard, it's much more of a darker album than their previous works. It's a concept album about WWIII.)
Anyway, back to me since this is my blog: I'm in the middle of writing the final fifteen pages of my
Journeyman follow-up script. I guess I miss that show more than I thought.
Now, onto the big, big, big, big, big news of the hour. After nearly eight years of knowing her, I've finally got a date with the girl of my dreams!
Marlene finally said the magic word! She finally said YES to a date with me.

So, Saturday or Sunday (I might have a....late night :), I'll tell you guys how it went (Hopfully it'll be an amazing date!).
What else? Ummm....
Oh, yeah, last week's Supernatural. Boy, that was the darkest episode of the entire series so far!!!
Between Sam and Dean burying that dude alive, Sam and Dean letting Bella die (Got ripped apart by Hell Hounds) and Sam almost getting his eyes ripped out of their sockets, I was way too impressed with last thursday's episode! That intensity hasn't been seen in the past three years and I've got a serious gut feeling that Eric Kripke and his writing crew are gonna crank up the volume next season to a tune we haven't seen or heard of in the show before.
Now, as I see everyone has their own predictions of what's going to happen this week on the finale for
Supernatural, whether Dean is going to die or not, of course I had to voice my over-sized opinion somewhere and why not here as usual?
I predict: Ruby will pop up once again and come to Dean's aid to save his ass.
Why I might be right?: Well, although she did say that she couldn't get Dean out of the deal he made to bring
Sam back from the dead, she did bring up an interesting point in the episode "Jus in Bello" (Ironically, the season's highest rated episode so far), which was: She can kill any number of demons in a five or seven mile radius with a special binding spell and a sacrifice (Which is why Dean wouldn't let her use it the first time). Interesting, huh? Wouldn't it be something if she just killed Lillith's army and saved Dean that way? Ha! That's one way of saving time....
Why I might be wrong?: Ruby is a demon and in Dean's infamous words -- "Demons lie and they've always got a trick or two up their sleeves." I mean, Dean has always had his suspicions about Ruby and unlike Sam,
Dean honestly doesn't trust her although he let her live only because Sam requested it. Also, we've seen a good girl turn bad and betray the Winchester (Coolest last name ever!) boys in the season before this one. Remember Ava?
So, if I'm wrong and Dean does actually die (I'm sure, he'll die fighting if worst comes to worst) then the synopsis for the first few episodes of the fourth season will probably be based on Sam searching hard for a way to bring Dean back to life. Either way, Dean is going to find a way to make it back.
What are your predictions?
