"Sometimes, things just go bad."-Carmine Falcone
I hate people. Sometimes, I wish I lived on a private island, away from civilization. I swear, people are so closed-minded, it's impossible!
Today, I was in my favorite teacher, Mr. Mendoza's classroom at my lunch time as I usually am and he let's me use his computer when I need it but today, I felt the weird and burning urge to play a song. I eventually went to Youtube and chose Nine Inch Nails' song, Non-Entity.
As soon as I played it, my fucking classmates just shot the song down before they even got the chance to listen to the opening line. But when someone chose to play some Motown song, they found that to be just a-okay. That really bothers me, a whole lot.
It bothers me not just because I feel that my music represents me, but also because it's a microcosm of the country, in itself: "Do things our way and deal with it. Like what we like and deal with it. Don't open your mind up to other things and don't try to get us to open our minds up to other things either."
I didn't like how they made me feel, like an outsider. But the truth is, I shouldn't feel all that new to being a outsider since I've always felt like one; I guess a better word to describe how they made me feel was like an outcast rather than outsider.
Some people are just so goddamn ignorant!
People are so fucking close-minded, it startles me. Fucking ingorance!
