I got my very first tattoo yesterday night. It didn't hurt at all and I like the way it came out. It's an ancient egyptian symbol of the Medjai which depicts the Eye of Horus looking through a Pyramid with two Pharoahs on each side who are overlooking and protecting the mysteries of the soul while the Sun is rising in the sky above.
As the legend goes: The possessor of the tattoo is supposed to be a person of virtue and limitless talent otherwise the tattoo would fade from the skin within the hour of recieving it if the possessor is unworthy of the gifts of the afterlife. It's also been said that the tattoo is known for granting greater insight into life above the average person, protection from deities and showing it's possessor their true path to destiny.
I got it on my wrist. Here it goes...
