"The man who gave us Wonder Woman, also gave us the lie detector.... Lasso of truth ring any bells?" - Geoff Johns
I, unlike most comic fans, read Wonder Woman on the monthly basis.... but my GOD if it isn't such a hassle! There's nearly no continuity between the writers who rotate shifts on the character's title.
For a character who was created by a man using archetypes of his wife and their shared live-in lover, there's probably a good reason why the Amazonian Princess Diana has so many personality shifts, and so frequently too.
In all honesty, while I think the character has a highlighted spot in comics, I also feel as if she's just THERE just to be there, like air.... I mean, name just ONE definitive run that anyone's had on the character? You probably can't. And that's not your fault, when all is said and done, it's DC Comics' fault.
And because of their failures with the character, we're forced to deal with THIS bullshit for the next year....

There are many takes on the problems of Wonder Woman.... but these two seemed to stand out the most to me:
A pretty good statement....
....and a pretty good response.
So, what exactly are your feelings about the sometimes diplomat from another society/sometimes crusader of truth/sometimes military eradicator/sometimes feminist man-hater (depending on the writer, because there's absolutley NO continutity with Wonder Woman at all)?
Let me know in the comments section....
