"There's nothing you can ever say. There's nothing you can ever do." - Robert Smith
We all want to be loved by a special person in our lives. The puzzle of affection connects the pieces together easier for most people to their significant others than it does for a select few of us; some treasure that gift while others disregard it. For what it's worth, though, love is a thing that's always revealed itself to be an unrequited emotion whenever I've (very rarely) felt it for someone else. Because of that, I've indefinitely grown accustomed to being alone over the past several years: A perpetual reaction to consistant rejection in favor of someone else or another option. There are always those small glimmers of hope though, I suppose - even as menial and opaque as those glimmers may be. Here's to hoping for a Queen who I can soon call my own.
