Fanboys are unpleaseable when it comes to live-action comic book-based film adaptations. It's a notoriously fickle fandom. One minute they bitch about the films being too loose in translation, the next they whine about the them being too faithful to the source material.
Doesn't matter to me though. I don't give a damn what anyone says. "Watchmen" is, and probably always will be, my all-time favorite comic book-based film.
