There we have it: U2's triumphant return in 2009!
The last time my favorite band in the universe released a studio album, I was in the 8th grade and along with the world and my life, I'm glad that their style has evolved along with everything else through these past several years. I think the song is a good example of where U2 are trying to take their music and where this album's place will fall in their very long and impressive discography. On another note, I feel that because the song is not of their normal sound, it'll take the music crowd and the band's fan-base some time to get used to the new aura and expressionism that the new music produces but it'll be overall accepted as a great work of art and music.
