It's funny, the difference death makes. It wasn't twenty four hours ago when everyone was calling Michael Jackson a freak, a pedephile, a pervert and a wacko, but as soon as the man dies, he's all of a sudden an icon? I'd love to say I'm surprised at the hypocracy that's taken over the day but I'm really not.
I'm especially not surprised at the religious people who've tranformed the man's life and legacy into one of good deeds and fantastic things and so on and so forth. The inhabitants of this world are just SO full of shit, I swear! This "democratic" nation, especially.
Personally, I'm the exact same person who I was yesterday, with the same viewpoint and sight that I've always had. My opinion of Michael Jackson is exactly the same as it was when he was alive and it'll remain the same while he's dead. Unfortunately, most of the people who'll read this probably can't say the same for themselves.
