"Life is full of surprises!" - Luke Skywalker
So yesterday, I was coming home from the first day of the convention and something just TOLD me to take a look over my shoulder to the other side of the platform. Luckily I did, and much to my fortunate surprise: There was an advertisement of the suave Michael Westen and the cute Fiona Glenanne of Burn Notice fame right there on the other side of the tracks (kinda ironic, huh?). As it turned out, though, much to my very own surprise: The show is getting a syndicated run on the MyNetwork national station starting later in the month.
Just as happy as I was last winter when Supernatural got it's episodes syndicated on TNT, I was eually excited to learn of Burn Notice's accomplishment on that sweet billboard. It's a well-known fact that only the best of the best of TV shows get their episodes syndicated, but most of all: It brought a big, big, big smile to my face to see my second-favorite show finally getting it's just-due recognition!
A big smile, indeed....
