It's incredibly sad when a person is put into a position to sacrifice one of the most rare, vital, and beautiful things they ever came across in their lifetime due to another party's blatant and continuous selfishness. But I won't be made a fool of, nor will I be taken advantage of. Even I, a person known for their patience, has his limits.

Never mistake a person's unfathomable kindness for weakness or desperation: Karma will always attain for that wronged person their just retribution. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but eventually - as is the case with any mathematical probability.
Then, again, this is largely my fault too. Yet again. It's on me for continuously allowing these back-stabbers into my life in hopes that they'll see me for my genuine substance and gargantuan amount of loyalty when contrasted to the rest of the collective. But that's my own naivete at work. I'll admit that. My pain is only a testament to my own horrendous judgment of character. But I'm learning.... and you're teaching me.
