An Honorable Punk.

This is why I love CM Punk and will always support him within reason: Unlike the John Cenas, Justin Timberlakes, Pinks, Justin Biebers, and Miley Cyrus' of the world who co-opt and hijack black culture and characteristics for personal gain until they don't need those facades anymore once they've hit the stratosphere, Punk sees things concerning this topic for what they are and it seemingly comes from a genuine place while being true to form unlike some others who've been in his position before.

Now, as usual, the handkerchief-head types of minorities who are all about appeasing Caucasian sensibilities by kissing major ass and the wolf-in-sheep's-clothing types of "supposed" liberal white people won't like what I just wrote about those five examples, among many others, who I contrasted Punk to but so be it; It is what it is and if you can't handle or see the objectivity in my observation about that offensive phenomenon of modern American society then tough shit. Deal with it.

Now, no, I wasn't a fan of CM Punk's critiques of Chris Brown considering his simultaneous silence when it came down to his own contemporaries in his field who'd done the equivalent, if not worse than anything Brown did, but his opinion on this matter earned him all the more standing with me. Too bad there's not more people in his demographic that I can say that for.
